ABOUT US
Introduction
The Intelligent Bioinformatics Research Group was established in September 2020 by Professor Jianbo Pan.It is part of Center for Novel target and therapeutic intervention, Chongqing Medical University Life Science Research Institute. Our group focuse on data processing in drug-related fields, on the one hand is bioinformatics assists pharmacogenomics research, on the other hand we focuse on computer technologies aid drug discovery such as big data and artificial intelligence. Currently, we have high-performance computing clusters, GPU servers, high-performance computers, and intelligent bioinformatics platforms, which provide good support for Bioinformatics research and drug research related work.

研究方向：
1. 使用并设计基于统计学习和知识迁移的计算方法，对大量肿瘤样本的的蛋白质组与基因组数据进行分析和计算，旨在发现不同疾病通路的蛋白质和基因表达模式；
2. 推演新的数学和计算方法来识别复杂的高维度的组学数据的表达模式，进而构建对于疾病个体化诊断和管理的预测性模型。
